Jewgo Account is operated by Jewgo LLC ("Jewgo," "we," "us," or "our"). It is the single sign-in that Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz and Jewgo Card all use — one email, password, and (if you choose) Google or Apple sign-in, shared by whichever of the three products you use. This document governs that shared identity only. By creating or using a Jewgo Account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create a Jewgo Account.
Jewgo Account is the identity platform behind Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz and Jewgo Card. It is not itself a product you browse or buy something through — it is the sign-in, the session, and the one account record (your email, your password, your linked Google or Apple sign-in, your two-step verification, your devices) that each product checks before letting you in.
Each product you use keeps its own profile, activity and content, built on top of that one identity. A display name, photo caption, or preference you set inside one product is not copied to the others by these Terms — see our Privacy Policy for what is shared and what stays with each product.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Jewgo Account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may create and use a Jewgo Account only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
A Jewgo product built on Jewgo Account may set a higher minimum age of its own for using that product — for example, Jewgo Card requires users to be 18 or older — and that product's own Terms of Service govern which age applies there.
By creating a Jewgo Account, you agree to:
A Jewgo Account may be signed in on more than one device at a time, across more than one Jewgo product. You can review and end individual sessions from your Account's Devices page.
If you turn on two-step verification, we will ask for a code from your authenticator app on sign-in, in addition to your password or sign-in provider, on any path that supports it. You are responsible for keeping your recovery codes safe; losing both your authenticator and your recovery codes can lock you out of your account.
Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your Jewgo Account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate a Jewgo Account for a violation of these Terms, for fraud or security reasons, or as required by law. Suspending or terminating the shared identity affects every product you sign in to with it.
A product may separately suspend or terminate what it lets you do inside that product (for example, a merchant storefront on Jewgo Biz) without suspending your Jewgo Account itself, under that product's own Terms of Service.
You may stop using Jewgo Account and delete it at any time — see Section 5 and our Privacy Policy for what deleting your Jewgo Account does.
Deleting your Jewgo Account permanently deletes the sign-in identity itself — the one used for Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz and Jewgo Card. You are signed out of all three everywhere, and Jewgo Account publishes a deletion notice for that identity. Each product is responsible for retrieving that notice and erasing what it holds about you, under that product's own Privacy Policy. Deleting your Jewgo Account does not by itself erase data a product holds, and not every product retrieves these notices yet; you can ask any product directly to delete what it holds about you.
If you only want to leave one product and keep using the others, delete your account from inside that product instead of deleting your Jewgo Account here — that leaves your identity, and your other products, intact.
Sections that by their nature should survive account deletion (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law) will survive.
THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS ARE INTENDED TO BE CONSPICUOUS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JEWGO ACCOUNT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, JEWGO AND ITS AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JEWGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SIGN-IN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE EXCLUSIONS ABOVE APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
THE FOLLOWING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS INTENDED TO BE CONSPICUOUS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JEWGO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE JEWGO ACCOUNT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF JEWGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEWGO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO JEWGO ACCOUNT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, JEWGO'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jewgo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of Jewgo Account; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and your right to a jury trial. It includes a delegation clause: threshold questions about the scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement are for the arbitrator to decide, except as noted below.
9.1 Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact Jewgo at [email protected]. Your notice must include your name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and the relief you seek. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after Jewgo receives your notice, either party may begin arbitration or another proceeding permitted under this section.
9.2 Binding individual arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive or equitable relief relating to unauthorized access, you and Jewgo agree that disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Jewgo Account will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as supplemented by the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules where applicable. The AAA rules are available at www.adr.org.
9.3 No class actions. You and Jewgo agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
9.4 Jury trial waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Jewgo waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
9.5 Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies and the court has jurisdiction.
9.6 Injunctive relief. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving unauthorized access, misuse of systems, or security threats.
9.7 Arbitration location and procedure. Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration will occur in Miami-Dade County, Florida, by video conference, by telephone, or based on written submissions, as determined by the arbitrator.
9.8 Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Jewgo by the same or coordinated counsel, the claims will be treated as mass arbitration and administered under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules.
9.9 Federal Arbitration Act. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.
9.10 30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account with a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, you and Jewgo consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer-protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. A material change takes effect on the stated effective date above after we provide advance notice of it. Where required, we will ask you to affirmatively accept the revised Terms before you continue using Jewgo Account.
These Terms govern the Jewgo Account identity only. Using a specific product also means agreeing to that product's own Terms of Service:
